What is a Safe Adults Card™?

A Safe Adults Card™ is an All-In-One identification card. The card is an actual mini CD slightly larger than a credit card. In an emergency, multiple color photos and all necessary information can be emailed or printed quickly and easily from any Windows® compatible computer (such as those found in many police patrol cars and hospitals). The card contains three digital images of the adult and all personal/medical information they would like on the card. The card can also be upgraded with extra files. Videos, data files, dozens of extra photos, anything you want can be added to the card during creation.

What do I do with this card?

The card owner, caregiver or other guardian just keeps it in their wallet or purse. Should there be an emergency, they will have all of the details of the adult available to immediately hand over to law enforcement. Even in a medical emergency, it can be given to hospital staff to review medical conditions, allergies, doctor’s information and insurance information. Every second counts when a person is missing or injured.

- 1 Protective sleeve with medical insert card

We offer 2 kit options. Our Standard Kit comes with the default label shown below, you simply use a pen or marker to fill in the details on the label itself. Our Custom Design Kit comes with a custom label designed by you after checkout. We’ll print your label for you with your information, a photo you submit, your choice of several different backgrounds, and other customization options such as replacing the fingerprint panel with a second photo. We can also add medical alert or allergy icons like the ones shown below. These icons are industry standard and are easily recognizable by medical personnel.
