Our unique SAFE WARRIORS program is different from all other self-defense programs to date. Based on Fun Fitness Drills, it incorporates muscle memory training that installs highly effective physical self-defense reflexes.  Designed for children ages four to eighteen, our program also heightens their safety awareness skills while instilling a greater sense of confidence.  This allows children the ability to be able to respond more quickly and more effectively in their self-defense from grabs and holds.

Costs:

Q. What do I get with the license?
A. The license from Safe Warriors 101 includes a comprehensive class training video, 30 Safe Kids Card CD ID’s, an operations manual and access to an online community tool box where there is more curriculum, files and forms, you can ask questions and share business ideas.  It also offers 4 days of training in Cody, Wyoming good for 1 year and includes licensee and one employee (this is not mandatory and you are responsible for any expenses outside of training).

Q. How much are the Safe Kids Cards?
A. Once you are signed up, you will receive them at our current wholesale prices along with discounts based on quantity.

Q. How much is it to retain the license?
A. We have a yearly renewal fee of $125 and quarterly purchases of CD ID’s (20 minimum) to give you updated curricula, support, and development. We also offer optional personal website.

Q. How much is each class?
A. We recommend $6-$8 per student, but you are free to set your own prices.

Q. Are there any hidden costs?
A. Initial start up costs, which in the case of an existing school is nominal since you already have a location, mats, insurance and some recommended martial arts equipment.  If you do not have an existing location you will need to purchase mats, blockers, etc from an outside source.

A. Q. How long do the classes run?
A. Classes are 1 hour long and the session runs 16 weeks. For a Martial Arts School, it offers a new revenue stream that compliments Student Dues by bringing in students that normally might not take classes.  It also acts as a feeder program for potential students who might now be interested in the School’s traditional martial arts program.  Each student brings in an average of $100.00 to the School at the recommended class/registration costs.

Q. How do we know Safe Warriors 101 works?
A. Chris Srigley has been teaching this program for 3 years to several hundred students a week.  It has been operating under its new name of Safe Warriors 101 since January of 2009.  Class retention holds at or around 90%.  Kids understand this and love the fast pace of fun, fitness and self-defense.

Q. This is a new business, why should I take the risk?
A. Safe Kids Card, Inc has been around since 2002.  It was a franchised company until 2007 and now operates as a licensed opportunity.  It is in countries around the world and has a proven track record.  It has been written up in publications such as the Wall Street Journal and been featured on ABC news.  It is THE id card used in police stations throughout Delaware and Wisconsin.  While Safe Warriors 101 is a new name to the company, the research and need for children to be safe is not.

Q. I already own a martial arts school how will this fit into my program?
A. For a Martial Arts School, it offers a new revenue stream that compliments Student Dues by bringing in students that normally might not take classes.

How do I operate?

Q. How do I find a location?
A. If you have a health club or martial arts studio already then you can use your current location.  If you do not then you have the option of renting a facility or for a nominal fee incorporating your business into the Boys and Girls club, Community Youth Programs, YMCA, any organization along those lines.

Q. How hard is this program to learn?
A. The program has been created to teach children starting at 4 years of age, so it is learned very quickly by instructors and easily taught by basically any of the schools students.  It is a very simple and easily implemented program that teaches children easy to learn and apply Self Defense and Safety Awareness skills, THAT WORK !   You do not need to have any martial arts background.

Q. How many students can attend a class?
